- Participation in the meeting of the creditors, eventually in the board of creditors
- Control of the activity of the person assigned to manage the assets
- Filing of appeals against the measures taken by the person assigned
- Representation in related procedures
- Examination of the asset distribution proposal
Private insolvency proceedings, with exemption from residual debts.
Currently only in Germany. In Hungary, no private insolvency proceedings, with exemption from residual debts may be concluded.
